When this Mindfulness is prolonged by using proper techniques, you find
that this experience is profound and it changes your entire view of the
universe. This state of perception has to be learned, however, and it takes
regular practice. Once you learn the technique, you will find that
Mindfulness has many interesting aspects.


當使用技術將正念延長之後,對宇宙的觀點會發生深遠的改變。這種感覺必須恆
常練習才能體驗。一旦你學會這個技術,將發現正念處處充滿趣味。
