    這是我接到的一封詢問，關於 Tibet 輸入工具的。我對此

I am so sorry to bother you for I think you could give me some
suggestion,I want to find a software which I could type Tibet in a
text because I encounter some problems in the course of inputing some
articles,I looked for it for long time but could not find,of course I
could not login BBS here,so I want to ask you to show my question to
other people if possible,I had found a software which is said to be
used in typing Tibet before,but I could not use it for some problem,
with this letter is a letter I sent to the writer but my letter is
sent back to me for an unknown address,if you could offer me some help

My friend tell me that I could download a software which is title of Tibkey,
and I had download from a certain site(but now i could not remember the name
 of site),in the course of installation I encounter some problem,first,I could
 not find the file KB_TIB.DLL and *.ttf(it must be used in Window) in the
package(after unzipped),second in the readme.txt it seems to be only used
under
asystem of win3.2 .of course my system is Window OS2,would you please let me
know
how I could solve these problems(how I could use it in my system
Windows 95,and how could I find these missing files and more
information about the Tibkey).and if possible please send a ZIP file to me by
E-mail,
