Liver: Mild coarse parenchyma. Normal brightness, no far echo attenuation.
Normal size and smooth surface. No space occupied lesion.
Portal vein: no engorgement.
Hepatic vein and inferior vena cava: no engorgement.
Common bile duct: no dilatation.
Intrahepatic duct: no dilatation.
Gallbladder: normal gall bladder, no stone or sludge.
Pancreas: normal head and body. The tail was blocked by bowel gas.
Spleen: Boarderline splenomegaly.
Ascites/Others: nil.
Diagnosis: Parenchyma liver disease, mild
