I didn't get your files by mail, but
I have downloaded some of them  from FTP sites you provided,
so thank you anyway.

I don't know how to mirror your files, but I can open a
public account in my computer for anyone.

The speed of downloading from Taiwan to Mainland is too slow,
I have to do it in midnight, now I have got about 2M of them.

Because your files are Big5-coded, I can not read them in my 
workstation, I have to use my PC. Now, a lot of your files are 
posted in BBS sites in mainland,such as 
Tsinghua(bbs.net.tsinghua.edu.cn) and South China University of 
Technology(http://www.scut.edu.cn/), so I also can read them in 
these places, but because they are converted to GB-code, a lot 
of characters are disappeared.:-<
