Namo Bhagavate Bhaishayja-guru-vaidurya-prabha-rajaya, tathagataya, arhate, samyak-
sambuddhaya
Give Praise to the Honourable: Eliminate pian-teacher-lipis-light-king, the
Perfect One (here he comes & goes), The perfected disciple (deserve offering, kill
thief), Perfectly Self-Awakened One (perfect status, perfect enlightenment)!
Also;
Tadyatha: Om! Bhaishayje, Bhaishayje, mahabhaishayje, raja samuga'te svaha!
Like this: "Auspicious one (oneness with)! Eliminating pain, eliminating pain,
great eliminating pain, the King (of physician) he who has come forth! So be it
(auspiciously fulfilled, All hail)!
'bhaishayja' is a Sanskrit verb also used as his name(proper noun), 'Medicine' is
the name used in Sinoyana(Chinese) tradition because he is referred as the
the "King & teacher of physicians".
