【欲望、美色、感受】的【滋味、禍患、捨離】

眼見色、耳聞聲、鼻嗅香、舌嚐味、身觸細滑，感受到苦或樂，這是【欲的滋味】。

受到欲望的驅使，努力去追求，若無法如願獲得所求之物，會感到痛苦；即便獲得了
所求之物，但早晚終將失去，亦會帶來痛苦；甚至為了追求慾望，而傷害別人，導致
彼此互相傷害，而導致痛苦。而且欲望變化無常，原本的慾望或許一時得到滿足，但
又會再產生新的欲望，永遠無法滿足，而導致痛苦。這是【欲的禍患】。

體悟到欲的禍患，精進禪修，消除貪欲，這是【欲的捨離】。

見到年輕的美女，感到喜樂，這是【色的滋味】。

原本年輕的美女，年老色衰，牙齒缺落，滿臉皺紋，身患重病，大小便失禁，身壞命
終，死經數日，身體?脹爛臭，爬滿蛆，骸骨散落，色無常、變異，這是【色的禍患
】。

體悟到色的禍患，精進禪修，眼見色時，不起貪欲，除去各種亂想，這是【色的捨離
】。

感到快樂時，知道感到快樂；感到痛苦時，知道感到痛苦；感到不苦不樂時，知道感
到不苦不樂。這是【受的滋味】。

感受是變化無常的，如果執著於快樂的感受，感到不快樂時，便會導致痛苦；如果執
著於痛苦的感受，則總是處於痛苦的狀態；如果執著於不苦不樂的感受，感受起伏時
，便會導致痛苦。這是【受的禍患】。

體悟到受的禍患，精進禪修，不執著於各種感受，除去各種亂想，這是【受的捨離】
。

中阿含99經(MN13)有段講[受味],有點特別~供參考:                             
                               [云何覺(受)味？比丘者，離欲、離惡不善之法，
至得第四禪成就遊。彼於爾時，不念自害，亦不念害他。若不念害者，是謂：覺樂味
，所以者何？不念害者，成就是樂，是謂：覺(受)味。]~中阿含99經

[Now what, monks, is the allure of feelings?] There is the case where a 
monk — quite withdrawn from sensuality, withdrawn from unskillful 
(mental) qualities — enters & remains in [[the first jhana]]: rapture &

evaluation.[ At that time he does not intend his own affliction, the 
affliction of others, or the affliction of both. He feels a feeling 
totally unafflicted. The unafflicted, I tell you, is the highest allure of
