請問, 這是人眼可見光的範圍嗎?

這麼問, 是確定垂直運動不影響溫度的判別囉?
那麼, 我想知道的是, 要如何來判別天體的溫度呀?
是用它所發出來的光嗎? 我知道當天體愈來愈靠近觀測點時,
它的光波頻率就愈近, 在光譜上就向藍端移動, 反之則向紅端移動.
經由這個方法可以知道天體的溫度吧?
然而這頻率會因距離的改變而變化, 所以因此得到的溫度會不同.
如果是在考慮這個因素的話, 我想,
經由一連串的觀測, 可以得出天體遠離或是靠近的速率,
將它對光譜頻率的影響剔除掉, 就可以得知該天體的固定頻率,
也就能知道它目前的溫度了.
我是外行人, 以國中所學的知識來表達我的看法,
有錯之處尚請各先進不吝指正. tks.
