Subject: Buddhist resource file

Hi, here is the Buddhist resource file for your reference.

It should be pointed out that the NCU gopher site was included from the
beginning, but apparently it needs some updates because I have not checked
that site for a long time. I will appreciate it if you can help me by
writing a short paragraph for the introduction of that gopher site to reflect
the facts.
